Canada Announces Immigrant Investor Venture Capital Pilot Program

The government of Canada will give permanent resident status to around 50 high-net-worth immigrant investors and their families under a new investor pilot program. The government says that the program aims to attract experienced millionaire investors who will contribute to economic growth and prosperity. >>Read More

Nova Scotia Announces New Immigration Stream

Nova Scotia has announced a new provincial immigration stream that will come into operation in January. The stream is called ‘Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry’, and will replace the previous Regional Labour Market Demand stream. >>Read More

Canada Offers Open Work Permits To Certain Spouses Of Canadian Citizens And Residents As They Await Permanent Residence

The government of Canada has begun to issue open work permits to certain spouses and common-law partners of Canadian citizens and permanent residents in the Spouses or Common-Law Partners in Canada class (SCLPC). >>Read More
