• CIC Makes 18th Express Entry Draw for Canadian Immigration
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has issued 1,530 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in the eighteenth draw from the Express Entry pool, which took place today, October 2. Candidates in the pool with 450 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points are being invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence, with processing times of six months or less. >>Read More

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has announced that it is introducing a new electronic system, known as the Employer Portal, for managing the processing of offers of employment made by Canadian employers to foreign workers. >>Read More

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal may allow international companies operating in Canada to bring temporary foreign workers to their operations in Canada without first being required to offer jobs to Canadians. >>Read More
• 19th Express Entry Draw sees 1,502 Candidates Invited to Apply for Canadian Permanent Residence
The nineteenth draw for Canadian immigration through the Express Entry selection system has been performed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on Ocotber 23, 2015. A total of 1,502 invitations to apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence were issued to candidates with 489 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points.
